Your initial Abundant Wellness consultation is an empowering session where we identify your wellness goals, areas of desired growth and places you feel stuck or "just ok". From there, receive a plan or "blueprint" designed specifically for you, one that guides you to become the architect of your life's design and live an abundant life. [Additional individual sessions, one month and three month programs available].

WELLNESS BLUEPRINT
After your initial consultation, receive a wellness blueprint and to build a practical, easy to follow routine and nutrition plan. This framework takes the struggle out of healthy living, offering straightforward guidance for nutrition, sleep, hormonal regulation, and mindful living. Starting with simple changes, each week we stack on a new building block that incorporates additional habits and changes. This approach promotes obtainable and lasting transformation.
